Our Projects: What You Pay For, Shown Stage by Stage
This page shows a real job in Marbella and explains which part of a quote each stage represents. The villa had a grey, stone-pattern imprinted concrete driveway, a carport under a reed-roofed pergola and a garage apron, all faded and cracked.
What did the driveway look like before?
The surface was dull and washed out, with the stone pattern barely visible and cracks running through the driveway. This is the typical starting point for a refresh priced at our guide rate.

Which stages are covered by the price?
All of them. The pressure washing, the crack filling and the two colour coats are not optional extras; they are what the per m² figure pays for.

The brush cut-in along the pergola posts and the garage wall is where access and obstacles show up in a quote. More posts, walls and steps mean more hand work per square metre.

What was the result?
A deep, glossy and uniform tone from the gate up to the carport, with the cracks no longer visible and nothing lifted or replaced. To get a figure for your own driveway, send a photo through the quote calculator or read what affects imprinted concrete prices.
We do not publish the size or the invoice of this job; the photos are here to show what the standard rate delivers. Your own driveway is priced on its own photos, its own square metres and its own access.
